It doesn’t matter how good their selection is, somebody needs to take charge of this place and listen to the reviews from more than a year ago and train the staff or get new staff or they will continue to lose customers. My daughter came to buy school clothes for the season but we were both so turned off we left. The cashier never said a word the whole time that we were paying and seemed bored out of her mind. Only one employee did and she was in the men’s department and she was great but when we were looking at other departments we had no help and actually felt like we weren’t wanted there. We went in late and there were probably only two or three other customers in the store and about six girls all working there talking and never acknowledged us. I don’t know why I thought it would be any different. My daughter loves the clothes so we went back for the midnight madness sale. They are way too many young employees and they don’t even acknowledge you coming in or ask you if you need help. My family now lives closer to Toms River so I went to this location when I was visiting about a month ago. The Point Pleasant location always provided good customer service. I used to live in the area and loved the store.
